These fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. As taxes and duties are only applicable with international orders, all fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. Drama Queen Hair Studio advises our customers to contact their local customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Drama Queen Hair Studio is pleased to offer our customers tracking information on all orders! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail enclosed with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to be sent, as payment must be cleared first in order to process the purchase. If there is a problem with your tracking information or package delivery, please contact the courier indicated in the e-mail.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure shipping information is entered correctly. If you would like to make a change to the shipping address, please e-mail infoDQhairstudios@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however once the package has been sent out there is little we can do. In that case, a refund or re-shipment to correct address can only be processed if and when the package is returned to us from the original address.
